As first, it depends on how far you are sending your mail! For example, standard mail from Atlanta to London can take a week to arrive. While Sending mail from Atlanta to Gainesville can only take like a day or two…
On the other hand it all depends on who you are sending your mail with. Is it US postal service? FedEx? DHL? Or someone else? They all take different times for delivering the mail.
So on general, the answer to how long does standard mail take would be one day to couple of week in case of a cross-continent sending.
