Once a bottle of wine is opened the wine starts to oxidate and by doing that it starts changing its taste. Now that is not necessarily bad. Some people say that red wine is better after it’s been opened for some time (NOT TOO LONG!).
But still, how long does wine last after opening? It all depends on how well you close it down. The time after which wine still tastes good can last from few days to few weeks if it’s closed very well. We would suggest you to put it into a fridge and drink it up within 5 days. I belive that will not be so hard and you can be sure it will still be drinkable after that time.
