How Long Does?

My girlfriend suggested this question today: How long does wine stay good? Again the answer is not as simple as one might think. It all depends on how good the wine was closed when making. We all know good wines can last for years or even decades. But ussually it is suggested not to hold the wine bottle that is not something prestige longer than few months.

But what is very important to know is, that once the wine is opened, it changes it’s taste every day if not every hour. For red wine, that is not such a bad thing since many people say that red wine is even better after few hours or maybe even a day of being open.

So on short: How long does wine stay good?
Depending on the way you close the wine it can last for few days to few weeks in a fridge. But we would suggest you to invite few friends over, open that wine and drink it right away. After all, that is why we have wine, to drink it, not to save it…
